This privacy policy sets out how GP Care Now uses and protects any personal data that you give GP Care Now when you use this website. GP Care Now is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. We take seriously the protection of your privacy and confidentiality. What information we collect

When you visit our website, make an enquiry or enter into contract of services with GP Care Now, we collect and process personal data about you. Personal data means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. Personal data does not include data where the identity has been removed (anonymous data).

  • carrying out polls and surveys

How do we store your personal data?

Data that is provided to us is stored on our secure servers, based in Reading, UK. Details relating to any transactions entered into on our sites will be encrypted to ensure its safety.

Marketing

We strive to provide you with choices regarding certain personal data uses, particularly around marketing and advertising.

You will receive marketing communications from us if you have requested information from us or requested services from us where such marketing communications relate to similar goods or services and you have not opted out of receiving that marketing.

How long will you retain my data?

Where we process registration data, we do this for as long as you are an active user of our sites and for 12 months after this.

Where we process personal data for marketing purposes or with your consent, we process the data until you ask us to stop and for a short period after this (to allow us to implement your requests). We also keep a record of the fact that you have asked us not to send you direct marketing or to process your data so that we can respect your request in future.

Where we process personal data in connection with performing a contract, we keep the transactional data for six years from your last interaction with us (or such longer period as may be required by law).

Prohibition of Filming and Recording

At GP Care Now, the privacy and comfort of our patients and staff are of paramount importance. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of mobile phones, cameras, and other recording devices. This policy ensures that patient consultations, medical procedures, and interactions remain private and secure. We kindly ask all patients and visitors to respect this rule to help us provide the best possible care and maintain the integrity of our services.
